- Five Behaviors: Based on the model in the best-selling book Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni. We have two corresponding programs that take the positive approach entitled The Five Behaviors. The team version is for intact teams or a team focused on collective goals. - Coaching: Our coaching is designed to specifically meet the needs and objectives of the individual and the group they serve. We have an experienced team of coaches who work with leaders at all levels of the organization. We define coaching as a way to provide leaders, managers and sales professionals the skills to perform at their maximum potential, align and engage those around them and most of all, reduce some of the stress that can result from the responsibilities of their role. We partner with certified coaches and work to ensure the engagement pairing provides a successful outcome.
